  Thank you Sanjay for a rejuvenating, relaxing and enlightening weekend. I came to unwind and reconnect with myself and I came away with far more than expected.
  It was wonderful meeting Swami in person after watching her on TV in the 1970's. I enjoyed yoga and learned abdominal massage techniques that improve digestion and release bloating - exactly what I needed....with the wonderful Michelle Pery. I felt my body and mind calm with the daily yoga. I learned so much from Cam's Tai Chi and nutritional talks. Gavin's aromatherapy massage and energy healing was one of the best treatments I've ever had and highly recommended. The vegetarian food was sooo cooked with love and nourished my body and soul. I found it difficult to leave your homely retreat, but I will definitely be back for more of the same please!
